The bid protest targeted a successful Small Business Innovative Research Phase II contract awarded to FOMS, Inc. of San Diego, California by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for the research and development of optical fiber manufacturing in space. Mr. Olson and his client are thrilled that the Phase II SBIR contract with NASA can now move forward.
