REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS: LANDLORD TENANT LAW

Commercial Landlord Representation: represented landlord in a lawsuit alleging breach of lease of hangar space at the McClellan-Palomar airport in Carlsbad; successfully obtained jury verdict for damages caused by breach of five year lease. In another case, we also represented a landlord in a dispute arising out of property tax charges under lease and breach of personal guarantee; successfully obtained judgment following trial on property tax reimbursement and breach of lease and breach of personal guaranty claims.
